What Is The Right Dosage Of AF-4 Kit?
- I'm 33 years old.
- I had a 'thyroid-ectomy' done in 2003, with radio-active iodine treatment.
- I am taking 100mg Eltroxcin for it. And calcium tablets daily. (my thyroid levels are ok. I get it
checked regularly)
- I have been married for 5 years and trying to get pregnant.
- I got my check up and the doctor diagnosed acute 'vaginal infection' and given me medicines (a full
course) for myself and my husband.
- For my husband she prescribed AF-3 kit which was not available anywhere.
- So she prescribed the AF-4 kit as alternative.
- I want to know 3 questions related to this :-
- What are the dosage instructions for AF-4 kit?
- The 4 capsules in the kit have to be taken together at one time or 4 times in a day?
- These capsules have to taken after meals or can be taken anytime?

As you might have seen there are four tablets
1.fluconazole tablet (pink color)
2.azithromycin tablet (yellow color)
3. two-ornidazole tablets (white color)
One tablet of fluconazole may be given any time of the day irrespective of food intake.
One tablet of azithromycin should be taken empty stomach (at least i hour before or 2 hours after meal)
Two tablets of ornidazole may be given with food to avoid G.I intolerance.
