Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

When ever sugar levels go high and not under control, usually we increase the dose and look for the right dose where the sugar levels are kept under control. like that same thing has happened in your case and the dose seems like got adjusted to galvus met 50/800 twice a day as the sugar levels seemed to be under control.
So, now continue with this and have blood sugar levels checked weekly for 3-4 weeks. If the sugar levels are under good control. Then continue with same.

Hope this guides you. Thank you.
