What Is The Risk Of Contracting HIV Post Unprotected Sex?

I was being fingered by a guy that I barely know and he pulled his penis out. I told him not to insert his penis in me because I didn't want to have sex with him. I don't believe he did, but not 100% certain because I was drunk. If he did, then it was only literally like 10 seconds and was not even in the whole way. Soon after I made him stop. What is the risk of me contracting HIV through this encounter?
