on my vulva it seems as though the skin has mutated a little bit and only on the left side and at the very opening of my vagina the skin looks slightly bumpy or scaly. I have looked online at several sights and it doesn't seem to fit any of the pictures or descriptions of genital warts.. It looks kind of what taste buds on the tongue would look like. I have an appointment with an OBGYN next week but I am getting so nervous thinking it could be some type of vulvalar cancer?
