Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. When embryo transfer is done, it is normal to experience some cramping as there is some associated tubal and uterine cramping. It is not necessary that spotting should occur. You are going as expected and please follow your doctor's instructions and take adequate rest. Continue with the prescribed medication. Avoid sexual intercourse, lifting heavy objects, travel and stress. You can go for confirmation of a successful pregnancy 2-3 weeks after the embryo transfer. Hope this helps.
