Reactive TPHA test indicates that you are suffering from syphilis which is sexually transmitted disease. You must have acquired this disease by unprotected sexual intercourse. But you have not written any history about this. There are four stages - primary, secondary, latent, and tertiary. I don’t know in which stage you are. But don’t worry. This is a curable disease. Advice 1.     Injection Benzathine penicillin G 2.4 million units (Injection Penidure LA 24) intramuscularly once weekly– only 3 injections 2. Notify this to your sexual partner also if any Sensitivity test is mandatory before taking injection of penicillin. Thanks
