sir, i am an engineer student due to studies and gate i havent seen my diet for so long due to which i had a constipation and worms prb in stomach due to lack of consumption of water and fiber also not proper timing of food intake due to which many times i had blood in my stool but it was frequent ie i didnt paid attention i thought it will heal on its own but now due to hard stool i had a swollen anus i dont know its pile or some other diesease i recommended to a doctor he gave me a medicine and an oilment and some what picolex suspension d medicine were 2 heavy it weighed my mind im consuming only rice and amway soluble fiber some time water lemon but still im having very hard stool and causing pain im scared to go to bath room due to this pain please guide me
