What Is The Solution For Constipation, Bloating Even After Drinking Enough Water And Exercising?
HI Doctor, I am 30 yrs old... From one month i am having bowel movement problem with bolting... Will go 2 days once and sometime feeling bolting.. Daily will do 30 mins Yoga and exercise.. Will Drink 2 liters water... having food proper.. from two days taking pegmove oral solutions but not finding any effect.. Please suggest me so i can have regular bowel movement and no bolting
Constipation and bloating is a common problem these days due to changed food habits. Keep a track on the food stuffs you consume. Strachy foods and more content of protein in diet usually leads to bloating and constipation. Increase the amount of fibre in your diet like raw vegetables and fruits.
