In my opinion you should first undergo PFT with reversibility for diagnosing asthma. As you are having allergy with nose blockage with wheezing, all favours united airway disease. This term includes allergic rhinitis and asthma. So the same allergic problem is responsible for your nose blockage and wheezing. according to me 1st do PFT and consult pulmonologist. Meter dose inhalershaving long acting beta 2 agonist with inhaled corticosteroids will help you along with nasal sprays.
