Psychologist 's  Response
Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

From the given symptoms it may not be correct to conclude that your sister is affected with OCD. But it could be true. We all are obsessed with some behaviors which we do again and again to have satisfaction. May be your sister is also doing the same. Therefore just donot misjudge your sister an iagnose OCD. Watch her for some days and try to disturb her doing those obsessive behavior. Try to divert her.If she is still unable to leave those obsessions, take her to a clinical psychologists who can administer psychometric tests to calculate the depth of OCD. Treatment starts only then.

You can post a direct question to me on this website about your doubts, treatment, psychotherapy methods for OCD etc.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, Anxiety could be related with the disease or could be alone without any pathology in either way clinical sing and symptoms remains the same, if I would be her doctor then I would treat her with the following medicine'
1) Tab Amitriptyline three times in day
this drug gives good result and if this fails to respond then she has to be seen by the psychiatrist, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
