hai sir good afternoon im venkatesh bangalor age;25 wait 60 kg , unmarried. im suffering some gastric problem and chest pain like heart pain and stomach pain i have stomach fat is there from 5 years i suffering. sir i went so many private doctors and government doctors and ESI hospatail then they giving some tablets and syrop they given but no result . and main stomach fat is giving very trubling me plz tell me total solve problem

Gastric problem and chest pain can have different causes which need to be investigated and clinically observed.

Needs cardiac evaluation as you have pain like chest pain, upper GI endoscopy, ultrasonography of the abdomen, and X-ray chest along with the tests of blood, urine, and stool. The belly fat is a different problem needs to be addressed by a plastic or general surgeon for abdominoplasty if the medical management fails to resolve the issue.
