What Is The Solution For No Control On Urine Outgoing?
Dear Doctor.. My father-in-law age 77 years height 5-"4 weight 76 kgs. has no control on urine outgoing. Fasting blood sugar levels are normal. Urine analysis shows Albumin + +, Plenty of pus cells/hpf, EP cells 5-6 in hpf. Please advise remedy.-M.S.Rao

Since your father-in-laws urine shows plenty of pus cells, it is highly possible that he has urinary tract infection although there are other causes for this.
Other possible causes are retention of urine, stones in bladder, prostate enlargement etc. Please submit a sample of urine for culture and sensitivity and contact a urologist for examination and advice.
