What Is The Solution For Sneezing And Runny Nose During Winters?

hi myself prakash sawant from islampur, sangli dist, maharashtra my problem is when started a winter season I have facing problem sneezing and flow nose with liquid water continuously please give me suggestion my age 37 years, Height 5 feet 7 inch, weight 62 kg.

Hi, you most probably suffer from allergic rhinitis witch has seasonal variation,
You can take any histaminic like citrize along with phenlylephrine 2 times a day for 3 days in acute phase,
Then if again problem persist you can use nasal spray like fluticasone,for 1 month while going to bed,it will help,
