Minimum sperm count for IUI is 20 millions. In specilised infertility centres they have sperm washing and concentrating methods as well.
The doctor who is going to do IUI, decides what count he thinks best.
IUI should preferably be done with follicular growth monitoring by transvaginal ultrasound scan, so as to decide the best time to do IUI.
