What Is The Sticky Clear Fluid Dripping From My Nose?

Hi after snorkeling in NZ last November within an hour after a shower and dry off my left nostral started to drip a sticky clear fluid for about 10 mins. Since then every week or two this has happened. I am a 58 year old fit non smoking male.Thanks John
