What Causes Clear Fluid Nasal Drainage While Having Chronic Rhinosinusitis?

My nose is dripping what seems to be like water. I have migraine problems and obstructive sleep apnea, and chronic rhinosinusitis, as well as a vestibular disorder. I would like to know how i could help myself or if you knew why it was dripping that way.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain watery fluid discharge from nose can be secondry to rhinosinusitis or can be due to allergic reactions causing irritation of the nasal lining and sinuses while can also be due to Vasomotor Rhinitis which is in specific in nature and the nasal dripping is not due to any underlying cause..
You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like nasal endoscopy, MRI of sinuses and other investigations as per the cause suspected like allergic testing can be done to rule out the exact cause so that treatment can be planned accordingly..
As of now you can do saline nasal irrigations and steroid nasal sprays.
Avoid snuffing the nose too hard ..
