What Is The Substitute Of Intagesic Painkiller?

Hi, I am using Intagesic painkiller on weekly basis as I used to have a night job and after one day rest on Sunday night, i always get eye inflammation and neck stiffness, so as Intagesic have paracetamol and diclofenac is have severe side effects, so I want a safe substitute for this.
