i. the secret of losing weight is to burn off more calories than you consume, so you must learn to calculate calories consumed and calories burnt, and maintain the balance everyday.

starvation is not the right way to loose weight.
iii. fat free diet, avoid ghee, groundnut oil, use sunflower oil [to substitute
saturated fat with unsaturated fat], caffeine, tobacco, alcohol, unskimmed milk, yellow of egg, red meat, deep fried fish
