What Is The Suggestion For Anemia, Weakness And Skin Tanning?

hello doctor, i have anemic since a long time now. mainly becos of heavy bleeding. ws put on iron meds but i dint tolerate the meds well n bleeding continued non stop for over 45 days. had to discontinue as i ws told that i suffered from iron toxicity. for the last four months i have been taking dexorange syrup as per docs advise. however, i feel very weak n tired. my skin is looking really tanned n i ws asked to check for hemochromatosis. wat shud i do? pls help. thanks n regards

Iron toxicity is there , can't tolerate iron but dexorange itself contains tron.
Now two question are there .
1 You are having heavy bleeding that is the main cause of blood loss and development of anemia .
2 So the main reason of anemia is bleeding .
In my opinion first of all get peripheral blood film and hemogram so that exact nature of type of anemia could be find out.
In my opinion first of all please mention the exact value of HEMOGLOBIN so that we find out depth of anemia .
If hemoglobin level is less than 4 gm then get in blood transfusion twice in a week till your hemoglobin level reach 9 gm .
If Hb level is around 8 gm than take iron infusion along some antihistaminic tablets .
So in my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion.
First take treatment of bleeding.
