Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, by look it can't be diagnosed, it may be the irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulitis, crohns, or some abnormality in the colon. I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis. you may need to have colonoscopy, MRI, and other tests. The lump may be the subcutaneous, or internal may be revealed in MRI. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, lactic acid bacilli, and ranitidine till the diagnosis is established. wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
