Hello! I had gone through your query and understand your concern.
In the way you describe it seems you might have Diabetes (high blood sugar). This condition can explain all your symptoms. Due to high level of sugar in blood it start to eliminate with urine and it increase the osmolarity of urine.Due to this patients start to have large amounts of urine eliminated(this explain frequent urination) and for this reason the body need to take more fluids and you feel thirsty and if you will not take large amounts of fluids you would be dehydrated.(this can cause too much sleepiness). The diagnoses of Diabetes Mellitus is confirmed by testing blood for high sugar level.
I suggest to consult a physician and get the test done to confirm the diagnosis and take the right treatment.
Hope it helped. Take care. Dr.Rovena
