On December 4th I went to the doctor with a bad case of conjunctivitis. I received eye drops, antibiotics and steroids. I was told I also had a sinus infection. I had no symptoms of this. My eye socket and beneath my eye were swollen and pink as well as my eye. My eye was completely sealed with the secretions from my eye. I did the treatment. But it never totally went away. It did seem to go away for a while and then I had a slight case in the other eye. My left eye then seemed to ache a little and itch so I went back to the doctor. This was last week when I realized how long this had been going on. My doctor gave me drops with antibiotics and a steroid in the. But, now my eye really isn't improving. It is not as severe as the original onset but the eye is again red and there are secretions on my eyelashes and in my eye in the mornings. I have made to trips to the doctor I guess it's time to go again. What do you think is going on?
