Hello

Chest tightness in your age need proper clinical evaluation and it is important to exclude cardio-pulmonary causes.
You need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, liver function test, renal function test, lipid profile, urine RE/ME,Chest X-ray (PA view),ultrasound of abdomen,ECG in all leads,TMT,ECHO.

It may also be due to chronic asthma. You may need PFT(pulmonary function test).
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
You can continue slow walking and don't undergo more exertions till proper evaluation.

Get well soon.
Take care
