Hi welcome to HCM. Blood pressure medication have to equally spaced to avoid unnecessary fluctuations in the blood pressure .A time period of 12 hours have to allowed between the 2 doses of carvedilol 12.5 mg.Monitor your blood pressure twice weekly to maintain it below 125/80 mm of hg.Night time dose will help to prevent the morning fluctuations.Restrict the intake of salt to less than 6 gm/day.Regular physical exercise for 20 min a day will help to maintain the normal blood pressure.I advise you to have baseline ecg and 2 dimensional screening to rule out organic heart disease on a periodical basis.Consult your cardiologist for further queries. Thank you.
