You have absolutely normal findings. Placenta is situated in anterior wall of the uterus and its maturity is grade 3. Head of fetus is situated in lower pole of uterus but it is not engaged(fixed)at present. Head of fetus will fix in the pelvis with advancement of pregnancy. Time of delivery depend upon many factors and it need to be evaluated by your gynecologist.
