What Is The Treatment For Behcet's Disease And Severe Abdominal Pain?

Hi, I am a 19 year old female diagnosed with Behcet's Disease. I have a history stomach involvement causing a lot of "itises" such as pancreatitis, chronic colitis, and gastroenteritis. On top of GI involvement, I have retinal involvement causing uveitis and aphthous ulcers. Also, have had cholecystectomy at 18. I had random bruising all over my thighs, looked like someone beat me, and lasted about 3 weeks. I also recently got off my period that I was on for 43 days. Right now I am having extreme abdominal pain, painful diarrhea with straining and pain before/during/after bowel movement, nausea (with and without vomiting), sweats, painful goose bump sensation moving all over body (mainly legs and arms), painful chills, and fatigue (not due to lack of sleep, I want to sleep I am exhausted but simply can't). Any idea what is going on and ideas on what I should do? I have had colitis and pancreatitis recently and this feels like it, just don't want to get admitted to the hospital again for no reason. Thanks =]
