What Is The Treatment For Idiopathic Gastroparesis Causing Stomach Pain An Nausea?

I have been diagnosed with idiopathic gastroparesis with no relief from the medicines available. I am miserable on a daily basis and have trouble functioning on a daily basis. Im desperate for relief of chronic stomach pain, nausea, and not being able to eat. Any advice?

Hi welcome to HCM. I hope i can be of some help.
I would like you to start with taking small meals , avoiding any strenuous exercise after exercise, taking fluids in good amount and having a double pillow may be to keep your head a bit higher while in bed that will help with acidity. Avoid spicy junk food and go for fruits and veggies rich in fibre.
Thirdly you can try pantoprazole for acidity and motlium/ maxolon for the reflux. It will help with the gastroparesis too.
I hope my consult proved handy.
Wish you good health.
