What Is The Treatment For PID With Cystic Mass In Right Adnexa?

Uterus:- Anteverted and measuring 85.7mm*45.8mm*46.2mmin size .Endometrial thickness is 9.3 mm. No focal lesion is seen

Right Ovary :- A cystic mass is seen in the right adnexa measuring 57.2mm *47.9mm in size. thick echoes and tissue is seen in the mass .

opinion:- ultra Sound findings Suggestive of P.I.D with Cystic mass in the Right adnexa Suggestive of Right Ovarian Cyst.

The ultrasound findings are as follows:
The uterus size and position is within normal limits.
The right ovary is showing a cystic mass suggestive of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).
PID is an inflammatory disease commonly caused by infectious agents.
It causes destruction of the tissues.
This destructive process results in cyst formation.
The structure and function of the tissues is also lost.
Anti-microbials are used for treatment.
You need to consult your gynecologist for clinical examination and thus management.
