What Is The Treatment For Vitiligo?

Hi Doctor, I am suffering from Vitiligo from past 3-4 years. My right hand got burned from hot oil. Upper are of right palm and fw fingers are affected. Initially all got disappeared but 2 years back appeared again and now its spreading in right hand.I took some ayurvedic medicines like whit care lotion. Some spots got disappear but again few new are appearing. Please advise if I am taking the right medicine else kindly advise on what should be the right procedure to overcome on this. I am a women of 36 years of age.Thanks.

thanks for asking,
vitiligo is highly unstable disease and having feature of koebnerization(new lesion appears at trauma site).
take oral mini pulse of betamethasone, two consecutive days in a week.
start PUVA therapy, take 8 methoxypsoralin tab 20 mg every alternate day after breakfast then expose to sun after 2 hr for 10 min with precaution to eyes.
apply florinated steroid twice daily, tacrolimus twice daily. take antioxidant tab daily.
