What Is The Treatment For A Blister?
I have what I thought was a wart on my middle finger joint, but now Im not to sure. It s elevated, very tender and sore and bleeds ever time I bump it. The skin on the top of the blister comes off when it get wet. A sticky fluid comes out of it along with blood. There is a ring of skin aroun the bump that does not want to cover it.

From the description, it seems you are having pyogenic granuloma. Its a benign skin condition that bleeds even with minor trauma or manipulation. If infected, a course of antibiotic is given first. In your case it is possibly infected as its tender and sore. After a course of oral antibiotic once the infection subsides, it should be cauterised. Please meet a dermatologist for prescription of medicines.
