I have to small bald spots on my head, one in the center back of my head and the other one about three centimeters to the left of the other one. Do I have alopecia? I also noticed that there was a small bump where the left side bald patch was, and there is also a bump on the center back patch. My hair is very short in these areas almost like peach fuzz. I am a female and i am 14 years old.
