I think you mean male pattern baldness ie. androgenetic alopecia. In initial stages, topical Minoxidil 5% lotion application twice a day is very successful. Tab. Finasteride may also be taken. In late stages, hair transplantation is good option. There are many methods of hair transplant & depend on person's type of hair loss. Good luck.
