Hello It seems from the history that you are having cataract with coloboma of retina and iris. The treatment for cataract is by surgery in the form of lens extraction and implantation of intraocular lens. Since you are having Coloboma of retina examination should be done to find coloboma involving the lens zonules, ciliary body or lens. If any of these structures are involved surgery has to be done carefully with precautions otherwise surgery can he done as routine surgery.
