What Is The Treatment For A Lump At The Injection Site?

About a year or more ago I had blood drawn from my left arm. Still today there is a lump there which every now and then is sore. I remember then the nurse tried to remove the blood that day not only did it not work from that spot but it was painful. Should I be concerned?
