Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. Dont worry, sometimes scar tissue may form and bump remain for longer time. It will slowly get smaller over months or years. About your headache, sometimes headache may remain for weeks to months following head injury. Treatment is symptomatic. Medications as the tricyclic antidepressants (for example amitriptyline) can be prescribed. Since this is a prescription medicine, I would suggest you to meet the local Doctor to confirm the diagnosis. Certain non-pharmacological therapy like elimination of nicotine and alcohol, be regular with regard to sleep and meal time, exercise, meditation can be helpful. Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.
