General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If your labia are swollen, it could be the sign of a yeast infection, or an imbalance of bacteria in the vagina an allergy or an infection. I suggest to do a vaginal swab test for further evaluation. Meanwhile, I suggest using cold compresses for local application. I also suggest to do sitz bath daily and use daily probiotics.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
