What Is The Treatment For A Swollen Foot?
i missed 2 step stairs and left foot hit the floor, still swelling and bruise, painful after 8 days. the first day, put ice and rested it. also the 3 fingers and top of the foot ate still swollen. What to do? Shall I still put ice and lie down every 20 minutes.
