What Is The Treatment For Abdominal And Rib Cage Pain?

about a month ago , i was awaked by abdomal pain , 3 nite in a row went to er was told i was conspated , {not} then i started having pain on my right side under my rib cage {flank}even in my back ,i have went back to er even been attmetted to hospital, they done ct xray , blood work showed elevated pancreas enzymes, the next day they were back down to normal ,also they found blood in my urine,this flank pain is worst at nite cant sleep, i also have had pain in lower right side dull presided,about 3 months after having appdex and gall bladder removed , when having this surgery done the surgen cut myt colon ,pull it out repaired it please what can i do to end this pain? what kind of dr do i need to see?

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Elevated pancreatic enzymes can suggest for acute pancreatitis.
Now the flank pain, unable to sleep at night is suggestive for the following investigations::
CT scan of the abdomen.
Colonoscopy
MRCP as gall bladder has been removed.
You need to see a Surgical Gastroenterologist.
