What Is The Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Vomiting?
Had a ct scan done yesterday for abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea. The results were these: There appears to be an intramural lipoma of the 2nd portion of the duodenum measuring approximately 1 cm. The distal colon appears collapsed with a suggestion of pericolonic vascular congestion. This is NOT a specific finding but may be seen with colitis. What does this mean and what treatment would reccomend?
