What Is The Treatment For Acid Reflux, Abdominal Pain, And Burning Sensation In Shoulder Blade?
I have acid reflux and have sometimes terribly upper abdominal pains , burning sensation in my left side of my lower shoulder blade and sometimes in the oesphgus tube for now 5 years . Am taking duspatalin 200mg and its uncomfortable for my stomach . Pls advice

According to your history,most likely pain is due to gastric ulcer.
You need proper clinical examination by a surgeon and need few investigations.
Investigation include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile,Upper GI endoscopy,Ultrasound of abdomen.Further investigation can be done if needed.
Upper GI endoscopy can exclude many conditions.
At present you can take tablet pantoprazole 40 mg once daily before food for six weeks.
You should avoid hot and spicy food.
