hi im amu,im 20 in age,height 154cm,weight 50kg.i dont have any severe medical history but just having acnes and black spots on y face.currently i went to ayurvedic shop to trim my eyebrow.the lady working there says my face had so spoiled as im having many small acne on my cheeks plus black spots.she says its to early for me to get this severe face problems as im stil young.she says my face could even damage if i dint take any solutions for it.she even touches my face and says that my face is dry face.it seems the dark spot on my face is very difficult to be removed.i was so upset with her compliment.i told her that im using garnier facial foam only to wash my face.but she says the product is very strong.and she reccomend me to use their ayurvidec product.its much expensive for me.how can i find a solution fo this?plz help me...
