I hav used minoz 50mg for one month... it wont work after thar i used minoz 100mg it wont work, after that i hv used cynomycing 50mg but it wont worked... now currently i'm using resoten 10mg but it is also not working.... help me to remove my acne & pimples

You have not mentioned for how many days/ weeks you have taken minocycline/ isotretinoin( resoten).
It generally takes 6 weeks for you to notice improvement and 3 months for a good clearance of acne. You could continue isotretinoin only under the supervision of a dermatologist as it has significant side effects which have to be monitored. You can increase the dosage to 20 mg once a day.
You could also get salicylic acid based peels done by a dermatologist.
Have a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Drink upto 2 liters of water per day. Avoid dairy products, cheese, oily and fried foods.
