What Is The Treatment For Anus Pain?
Dear Doctor, I used to have unprotected sex with my girlfriend.I did not have any problem in last two years to be worried about STD. But suddenly, few days back I had pain in my anus area. This pain I used to feel only when i used to sit or lie down( I don t feel any pain when i touch and press my anus and buttock area with my fingers which i did to exactly find out where the pain is). Now its been two weeks the pain is gone but still I have a discomfort(an irritation feeling) when i sit, in my anus area. What can this be??please help

The cause could be an abnormality around the anal region like a fissure, fistula relating to abscess, haemorrhoids, etc. Thus it would be important to go about a physical examination as we cannot determine the same without this.
