my father 74 yrs was admitted with high fever,he was diagnised as typhoid, but after scanning the stomach it was found he is suffering from mild ascites, grade 1 renal parenchymal change noted bilaterally, some times in the nigthe there is an occurence of bad dreams and he starts running by shouting some one is going to cause him harm.now he is discharged. what tratment should be followed.
