I am 35 not married. But recently i had sex with my neighbour married lady who has two kids.... But unfortunately i saw some sort of blackish on the tip of the penis and red like rash on the inner skin.. I consulted a dermatologist he prescribed a candid cream and fluconazole tablet i cant get any remedy.... suggest me some treatment please

It is most likely due to fungal/bacterial infection after sex.
Take proper local care.
Continue current medicines.
Also take azithromycin/cefixime to subside the bacterial infection.
Avoid sex till get complete cure.
