About 2 weeks ago I had a few bouts of rigorous sexual intercourse within a few hours of each other. These encounters included extended contact with clothing still on. I am uncircumcised. The next morning I had small red bumps on the tip of my penis. A couple days later they were white (like a pimple). There has been no itching or burning and the white bumps do not pop or secrete any fluids. Most have gone away on their own but there are still a couple that linger. There are no bumps anywhere on my penis except the head. None on the foreskin or exterior skin. I am worried and to be honest, embarrassed.
