Hello,
You have history of
cervical spondylitis and now you are also experiencing dizziness. You are having symptoms of cervicogenic spondylitis.
Cervicogenic headache is caused by
osteoarthritis,
whiplash injury, prolapsed disc in the neck, etc. Get clinically examined by a GP, if required the GP will refer you to a
Neurologist. You will be recommended blood tests, X-ray, MRI, CT etc., to detect the pathology / disease causing the discomforts.
Get it done so that treatment (with medicines, nerve blocks, exercises or surgery if needed) can be started. In the meantime, you can take NSAIDS, naproxen, one SOS for relief. You should get connected to a physiotherapist and do exercises, get massage & heat therapy if required under him.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
