What Is The Treatment For Chronic Atopic Eczema After Treatment With Betamethasone Injection And Predisolone Tab?
hi, im 20 years old and I have chronic atopic ezcema. every 2-3 weeks the eczema will trigger with unknown causes after short treatment of betamethasone inject. and prednisone pill. my face will become puffy and uncomfortable when the ezcema about to trigger. the yellow fluid will secret out from the scalp and the face even if I didnt scratch it. my scalp will smell funny. what should I do so that it wont trigger and what are medcine that I suppose to take? pls hlp me doctor I dk what else to do
Hello.If your symptoms have not improved with the application of local corticosteroids and intake of prednisona by mouth , appropriate drugs for your atopic eczema are called immunomodulators such as pimecrolimus or tacrolimus cream.Please go to your dermatologist for examination and prescription. Hi chronic atopic eczema is only due to xerosis of skin.it usually recurrs year by year especially in winter.it can be cured by atarax 25 mg at night.broad spectrum antibiotic thrice daily and application of moisteriser regularly all over body and use of diprovate g ointment over the lesions after saline compressors.use of tacrolimus ointment after acute episode is subsided
