What Is The Treatment For Chronic Headache , Sleeplessness And Stomach Upset?

chronic headache , sleeplessness , upset stomach are experienced every 15 days in a month by wife. treatment is on for suspected migraine - almogril and sometimes triptomer. does not seem to help in relief .... pl advise appropriate medicine for urgent relief

I had gone through your query.

It is migraine that occurs in every 15 days or episodically.Almogril is good medicines for acute attack. Alternatives are sumatriptan/ almotriptan etc.

Tryptomer can not help to reduce acute migraine attack. It can help to prevent further migraine and advise to take it daily as prophylactic medicine for migraine.Other prophylactic medicines are amitryptiline,flunarizine ,topiramate etc.

consult neurologist and get advise from him.
