my 4 and half month old son is having cough for last 4 days. he does not have cold/mucous in his nose but sneezing (not dry) sometimes. there is also a wheezing sound which sometime present and sometime absent. today his cough is more wetty. i am giving him t-minic dropr(7 drops twice a day) and bricanyl syrup (2 ml twice a day) for last 3 days, but his cough has worsend today. Please advice. Thanks.
